Women of Wisdom II Group Coaching

As part of the Women of Wisdom Group II, we will read through the book a little out of order (gasp!) to put topics together and have only a 50-60 page reading per week. You will learn how to harness food to support your hormones, balance blood sugar, decrease inflammation, and encourage muscle gain and fat loss.

Don’t have the book yet? No problem- feel free to join in the zoom discussion, use the menus, and ask all the questions you need.

Session 2: Movement is January 4-February 14. We will be focusing primarily on the movement chapters, but there will also be a recap of Part I so we are all fueling effectively to build and maintain muscle!

I’d given up. I was over 50, tired of trying the current diets, and didn’t want to try and fit food restrictions in my already hectic life. I was at the point of just trying to accept carrying around some extra pounds, two blood pressure pills and a cholesterol pill. When I want to eat I want to eat now! I don’t want a lot of prep time or feel I have to eat things I don’t like.
