THM Quinoa Pancakes (E)
When you can’t find recipe, you invent one! I like them with syrup (I like Lakanto) and bananas.
Tahini Pistachio Fudge (S)
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup tahini
¼ cup THM Optimized Chocolate Protein Powder
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
Scant ¼ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the coconut oil if it isn’t already liquid.In a medium bowl, stir together tahini, melted coconut oil, protein powder, and monk fruit sweetener until completely smooth.Fold in the pistachios.Spread mixture into candy molds or a small parchment-lined dish.Freeze until firm (about 30–60 minutes).Store leftovers in the freezer.Sprinkle extra pistachios on top This fudge melts quickly at room temperature, so it’s best kept chilled until right before serving.
