I’d given up. I was over 50, tired of trying the current diets, and didn’t want to try and fit food restrictions in my already hectic life. I was at the point of just trying to accept carrying around some extra pounds, two blood pressure pills and a cholesterol pill. When I want to eat I want to eat now!
